With Halloween just around the corner, I can hardly believe how swiftly time has flown by. While I'm thrilled that the holiday season is upon us, I can't help but lament the speed at which the days have passed. The summer, in particular, was quite relentless with its stifling humidity, making it a challenge to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. Often, I would step outside only to find beads of sweat forming on my brow within minutes – not the most pleasant experience!
On the flip side, I find myself eagerly anticipating the arrival of February, when milder weather approaches and future plans begin to take shape. Yet, I'm determined to savor the present moment and let future endeavors, whether personal or business-related, take a back seat. Patience has never been my strong suit, after all (haha). In the meantime, my focus remains squarely on improving my health and enhancing my business.

It's an exciting expansion that I can't wait to share with all of you – a small part of a grander vision I have in store, but that's a tale for another day.
